Observation

Electrical chords from multiple classrooms were observed to be accessible to children and were capable of forming a loop around a child's neck at the time of inspection (one of them was corrected on site in the green monkey classroom). Chipped paints on wall and by window counter were observed in multiple classrooms at the time of inspection. Window opening in one of the classrooms was observed to be wider than three and one-half inches at the time of inspection (The violation was corrected on site).
