Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed items that stated keep out of reach of chilren and were stored in a location that was accessible to children. This licensor observed in the kitchen that children walk through to get to the toddler playground had chemicals under the sink. This licensor observed in the school age room on a counter ther was a bottle of lysol and bottles of the cleaning solution with bleach.
