Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed children with food allergies were missing individual care plan's that identify foods that must not be consumed by the child, steps to take in case of an unintended allergic reaction, identify foods that can substitute for allergenic foods, and provide a treatment plan for the provider/staff to follow in reponse to an allergic reaction.
