WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cornd accessible to child that are capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. This licensor observed in the Toddler 1 room there was a big red and white cord by the diaper changing table that was accessible. This licensor observed cords in the school age room that were phone cords, a big silver wire cord, and a bunch of cords on a table by the TV.
