Observation

The purple slide, blue slide, and covered area playground climbing equipment surfacing is not being maintained. The purple slide playground only had 7 inches of bark chips at the time of the visit. The blue slide playground only had 4 inches of bark chips at the time of the visit. The cover playground area with climbing equipment only had 7 inches of bark chips.
