110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic bags under bathroom sink. The licensee removed these plastic bags and made them inaccessible during this site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee has bare wood that can cause splintering that needs to be finished on the wood pole out on the back patio area and on the wood box in the yard. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has cardboard box blocks that are worn and breaking that need to be removed from the licensed space. The licensee removed these cardboard blocks and made them inaccessible while this licensor was onsite visit.
