Observation

WAC 110-300-0135(2)(a): At the time of the site visit the following items were seen: Child sized couch and chair peeling/ripped. Hardwood flooring strip coming up on the bathroom floor with a gap of approx. 1-to-1/2-inch wide that has debris trapped in that gap area (Racoon room). Bathroom sink backsplash stripping coming up with a gap of about a half an inch (Raccoon room). Mini frig in the storeroom with a top that has three cracked/broken parts on the top of the frig (is being used to store childcare milk cartons and Philadelphia cream cheese packs in the Racoons room). Child play kitchen sets that are worn, cracked, and molding on the large playground.
