WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the bathroom cabinet under the sink in the Forest room and the bathroom cabinet under sink in the Chipmunk room had swifter wet cloths which were accessible to the children. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit the storage room in the Chipmunk room, Forest room, and the Racoons room were accessible to the children.
