Observation

1)a) The key was left in the safety latch on the cabinet with the toxic products in it, under the sink in the classroom. A child could unlock it and access it. 2) There was a vacuum cleaner in the classroom that was accessible to children. Janitorial equipment must be inaccessible to children.
