5)b) The exit doors in the cafeteria do not make a sound when the doors are opened that would alert staff to prevent children from leaving the licensed space unsupervised. The exit doors in the gymnasium do have devices attached that may sound when doors are opened, but the receiver was not plugged in or available and it could not be assessed whether those devices are working properly.
