Observation

1)a) The cabinet with bleach water and soap in it under the sink in the classroom was left unlocked for a period of time today when the children were engaged in a food activity in the portable. The toxic products in the cabinet were accessible to children in care. 1)a) There was a spray bottle of Alpha HP disinfectant on a cart in the cafeteria that was accessible to children during snack time. This disinfectant is used by school staff during the school day, but must be inaccessible to children during the before/after school program.
