Blue Mountain Community Church (Noah's Ark Day School)

Observation

2) b= Panda Room and Cheeta Room had loose blind cords that can form a loop and were not secured to the window frame during the visit. 2) D= Otter room had blue and yellow plastic bags in upper wood cabinet next to sink, accessible to the kids. Removed whiile licensor was present. 3) a= Otter room sink edge is sharp. 3) C= Outside next to a wall, was a blue wood cube (kitchen) with damage and accessible to kids. 3) F= Tigger, Otter, Panda and Cheeta rooms had loose large wood cubes missing being secured to the wall and can fall on children. 3) G = Cheeta room, under windows on each sie, the wall has holes and loose paint. Also the wall below the kitchen in Tiger room, has a large lower section on the left side of hallway, peeling paint. 4) F = Outdoor play area has 8 steps that lead to a platform and then the church accessible to kids. (Stairway accessible).
