Observation

At the time of the onsite monitor visit, nine staff did not have a current bloodborne pathogens training completed in the last 12 months as per labor and industry standards. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, one staff member present and in ratio did not have a current first aid/cpr training available onsite for review or entered in MERIT. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, two of the staff present in the infant room (with infants) did not have a current safe sleep training documented in MERIT.
