Observation

Cleaners are stored under the kitchen sink. The cabinet door's fastener was not secured and the gate was open to the kitchen. Provider states she has ordered the magnetic locks. The bathroom counter had many beauty products out and accessible to children. WD40 and windshield washer fluid were outside, accessible to children. All mentioned items are labeled "keep out of reach of children."
