MERIT reflected that the provider's and a lead teacher's bloodborne pathogen training was expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected that a home aide's food worker card was expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected that a home aide's child care basics training was not completed at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected that the provider's, a lead teacher's and a home aide's safe sleep training was expired/not completed at the time of inspection.
