0165(2)(c) - Some classrooms were observed to have handing fan cords. 0165(3)(a)- A protruding nail was observed in the toddler outdoor play area. The side preschool outdoor play area has a tree with exposed splintered protruding roots. The sensory table cover in Preschool 3 has splintered edges. 0165(3)(g) - Exposed wood/flaking paint was observed on some of classrooms equipment. Classrooms rugs were observed to have rolling edges. Some of the ceiling panels in preschool 2 have water stains. 0165(4)(b) - Two classrooms have a window with partly detaching barrier to prevent children from exiting through the window.
