Observation

(1) Ongoing volunteers listed Keith and Kairah. (10) All staff did not have a current BBP training. (11) First-aid and CPR were expired for staff member Brandi and not verified for Asst. Kairah. (12) Food workers card were expired for Bandi, for Keith and not verified for Asst. Kairah. (3) Prior to working unsupervised CCB is required Kairah. Federal Health and safety trainings (4) through (6) were not completed by ongoing volunteers (Keith and Kairah).
