Observation

0165(3)(g) in the living room, the wall paint has two sessions of chipping paint, a drywall corner is broken, the licensed space areas are missing trim - there is a gap between the walls and floors collecting dust and debris. In the bathroom, the vinyl floor is broken and missing a quarter of the floor, the wall trim is broken next to the toilet seat, the toilet water tank is missing the lid using a piece of wood to cover the water; toilet dispenser is missing, the bathroom sink has standing water, the vent is missing is an open metal box, the bathroom ceiling is exposing drywall and it needs to be painted. In the outdoor, the house siding has some flaking paint and a window frame is broken at the bottom and one window screen is torn.
