Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the files that were checked there were two children with allergies. This licensor observed one of the children had an individual care plan (ICP) for two allergies of dairy and snap peas but the ICP was not fully filled out with steps to take in case of allergic reactions, providing a specific teatment plan for the providers to follow in response to allergic reaction, and staff was not aware of the dairy allergy. This licensor observed in the second child's file they had an allergy to milk but there was no ICP plan in their file.
