Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there was a hanging phone charging cord (formed a loop) that was hanging down in an area by the directors desk that was accessible to the children. There were three strings of Christmas lights with two sitting on top of a basket and one sitting on a child sized coat rake that were accessible to the children. The director moved phone charging cord and Christmas lights our of reach of children during the visit.
