(2) The fire inspection was not current or onsite. (3)(b) The Uthfy heater wall had paper felt board, books, fish tank ect less than 3 feet from the heater. (3)(e) The program was using a Uthfy ( portable heater) as main heating since December in the main child care area because the main heating source was broken. (3)(i) Fire extinguisher was not maintained dated 9/2023.
