0241(1)(a) the high chairs were stored inside the bathroom next to the toilet; the high chair seatbelts were soiled and not being cleaned and sanitized before and after each meal or snack. In the kitchen area, the counter need to be clened and sanitized before and after each meal - it is collecting lots of appliances.
