Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f): At the time of the site visit there were 17 large folded up (tee pee shape) non secured cafeteria tables on wheels that were on each side of the multi-purpose room and accessible to the children (there is a warning label on the tables concerning children which says they can cause serious injury and/or death). There was a large chest freezer on a kart with wheels (not secured) accessible to the children. There were three racks of folded chairs hanging loosly (not secured) and when moved the chairs would start to fall off the rack.
