WAC 110-301-0106(10)(a)(b) During the onsite visit this licensor observed in the MERIT system that E.G and K.B. both are missing a current food handlers card. This licensor observed E.G. serving the food to the children during the visit. WAC 110-301-0106(4) During the onsite visit this licensor observed in the MERIT system that the program director, L.P. is missing the recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, and exploitation training. WAC 110-301-0106(5)(6)(7) During the onsite visit this licensor observed in the MERIT system that lead staff K.B and program manager L.P. are missing the emergency preparedness training, Children experiencing homelessness training, and medication management training. School Age Programs do not require this training as long as the individual has the 30 hours of school-age basics because that updated training includes this.
