Observation

There is no gate that is self-closing and self-latching. Lower, rear patio where parents enter has portions accessible to children that are unsafe and easily climbed. Applicant has fencing available but has not put it up yet. The outdoor play materials are adequate for 2 - 3 toddlers or pre-school children but not for age and number of children she would like to serve.
