Observation

Jewerly making beads that have a diameter or overall dimension of one and three-quarter inches or less were observed in the play area at the time of inspection. A pack N' play was observed to be placed next to a window in the living room area that was not made of safety glass at the time of inspection. A hole on the bathroom door was observed and needed repairing at the time of inspection.
