Observation

WAC 110-300-0165 (2)(c) was found to be noncompliant. A light table was on the floor in the Evergreens room accessible to children. The cord posed a hazard. WAC 110-300-0165 (3)(b) was found to be noncompliant. In the Evergreens room, A tamper resistant lighter was observed in an unlocked drawer, within reach of children. WAC 110-300-0165 (3) (f) was found to be noncompliant. In the Cedars room, the children's cubbies were not anchored, posing a risk of falling
