0165 (2)(d) Licensor observed a box of trash bags stored in a cabinet accessible to children. (immediate corrections were made and trash bags are inaccessible to children). 0165 (3)(f) Licensor observed the Fire Extinguisher was mounted above a infant's crib posing a risk of falling (the mount on the wall was not securely tightened). (immediate corrections were made and the fire extinguisher was immediately removed off the mount).
