Observation

2)c) There were some loose cords in a cabinet in the living room accessible to children 2)d) There were plastic bags in a drawer in the bathroom that were accessible to children. The latch on the closet in the bedroom was not secured and there are supplies in the closet stored in plastic bags that were accessible as well. 3)a) There is a bedroom door that is broken with sharp/splintered edges that are accessible to children near the living room.
