Observation

Licensor observed annual inspection report to have been expired as of 06/2024. Licensor observed one working CO2/smoke alarm in licensed premises, but was too far from sleeping area. Provider stated that the one for sleeping area continually made a noise and batteries were taken off. Licensor was not able to observe if fire extinguisher was maintained working, because fire extinguisher did not have a service tag and provider did not have receipt of date purchased.
