Observation

It was observed by the licensor that the provider has a child who has a peanut allergy. The provider has an expired epi-pin on site but do not have childcare medication forms, medication log, and the individual childcare plan. Licensor and provider discussed a plan and the provider will inform the parents that all medication and forms need to be fill out as soon as possible.
