Observation

Pre School Playground: Tall pyramid climber needs to be removed as it is not safe for preschool age children. Ground cover doesn't meet the nine inch minimum in all aread. There are long orange ribbons on the pyramid that are loose and create an environment for choking if wrapped around neck. Toddlers: The rubber mulch ground cover needs to be raked around to provide the six inch minimum requirement under all play things.
