Observation

Toddler room 2 has a drawer that is accessible to children with items like adult scissors and small items that are choking hazards. At the time of the site visit there was a loose water hose in the school age room bathroom cabinet accessible to the children. The Preschool room, Pre-K room, and EPS room bathroom have a half door in the bathroom that is cracking/peeling. The EPS room has a climber that is peeling and turning black in areas. The EPS and Pre-K room have a stepping stool in the bathroom that is cracking/peeling and starting to turn black in areas. Infant room 1 has mats on the floor that are ripped/peeling; the EPS room has a mat type cushion in the reading cube that is ripped/peeling. There is a wall hanging accessible to children in the Pre-K rom that has black chipped paint on it and the Writing table is splitting/peeling in areas. At the time of the visit there was a power strip accessible to children in the Pre-K room and the school age room.
