Child UK allergic to peanuts/epi-pen. Individual care plan is missing substitute foods and written instructions from the parent (parent signature). Child MG allergic to eggs/epi-pen. No individual care plan. Childdren DG, HW, AC allergic to dairy. No individual care plan. AP allergic to peanuts/epi-pen. Individula care plan missing information about substitute foods and side effects. Staff need to be trained on use of medication.
