Observation

There are a couple of water hoses outside which are hung in a manner which can form a loop around children's necks. There are nails accessible to children on the wall trims in a restroom for children. There are pinching hazards on half-doors of all the classrooms. The half doors open and close and children put their fingers in between the doors and the wall studs. There is a wood cabinet in the Big Bear Room which can fall on children because it is not secure. There are different areas on the inside of classrooms and outside in which the the paint is peeding or sheetrock is damaged and/or peeling.
