Removed during visit. 110-300-0165(3)(a) licensee sharp metal roofing in back yard licensed space behind the shed accessible. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee has two white shelfs and a large wall heater that are not secured and tipping hazards. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has chipping paint on the wall in the dining room, living room, hallway, and the bathroom wall.
