Observation

Dome climbing structure was less than 6 ft away from swing set, ground covering underneath swing set and dome climbing structure did not have 6 ft of fall zones and there was 5 3/4 inch of woodchips nerneath. Small climber accessible to children did not have ground covering underneath.
