0470(2) The emergency plan is missing: Methods for sounding the alarm, action to be taken by the person descovering the emergency, how the provider wil evacuate the children, where is the alernative evucation location is, how the provider will matain staff to child ratio and account for children, how parents or guardians will be able to contact the provider, how children will be reunited with parents. 0470(4)(b) Provider is missing fire drill for May and has not recorded any emergency drills this year.
