0170(3)(c) - Licensor observed electrical motor fan in the bathroom to have accumulated dust 0170(3)(i) - Licensro observed fire extinguishers to have expired tags from 09/2023 (9/2024 expiration). Additionally, front/upstairs of center doesn't not have the 2A:10 BC fire extinguishers, rather the smaller size fire extinguishers.
