Observation

Cords for speakers on a bench are accessible to children and are long enough to form a loop. 10/20-22- speakers have been removed. There are plastic bags in a cabinet underneath a sink and in the bathroom that are accessible to the children. 10/20/22- lock has been put on cabinet to make it inaccessible. There is a power strip next to the children's cubbies in the Rainbow room that is accessible. 10/20/22- power strip has been placed behind the cubbies so children cannot access it.
