Observation

Plastic made outlet plug covers were observed to be in used at the time of inspection that could pose a risk of choking, aspiration or ingestion. Large items were observed on top of the shelves in the classroom at the time of inspection that could pose a risk of falling or tipping. Water temperature was measured at 68 degrees fahrenheit at the time of inspection.
