- there were two classrooms that did have a cord that was hanging - Panda and Owls - there were plastic bags and latex gloves that were accessible to children by the changing tables in several classrooms - there was a fan in the Owls room that could be a safety hazard if a child's finger could fit into the cover - it was accessible to the children
