Observation

During annual inspection licensor observed baby gates in front of the exit doors of four classrooms out of five classrooms. According to the State Fire Marshal Regulation – Centers & School Aged Programs Only - Exiting: Baby gates placed in exit doors are not allowed in childcare centers. Centers cannot add any addition barriers within the means egress.
