Observation

There is a cord hanging from the television and it is accessible to children. There are 2 cords hanging from the roof of the home down into the back yard deck. The mats are stored in large bags that are accessible to the children. The sliding glass door does not have anything to prevent children from walking into the glass door. There is a large cubby/storage cabinet that is not anchored. The light bulbs in the main room light fixture does not have shatter resistant bulbs. There are several outlets that are not TPR. The outlets near the sinks are GFCI but not TPR.
