WAC 110-301-0260(3): At the time of the site visit there was a pump container of hand sanitizer sitting on a rolling cart that was accessible to the children. The site director moved the hand sanitizer during the site. WAC 110-301-0260(3): At the time of the site visit the storage room in entry way was wide open and accessible to children.
