WAC 110-300-0260 (1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was hand sanitizer sitting on a low shelf accessible to the children. The kitchen was open and accessible to the children and there are cleaners sitting on a low shelf. The cleaner solution being used by the site was accessible to the children in the storage room as the door was not shut all the way. WAC 110-300-0260 (3): The storage room door was open at the time of the site visit.
