0186 (1) Licensor observed a child with a known food allergy to eggs was not provided by the health care provider indicating allergic reaction, sypmptoms associated and response to an allergic reaction specifying a treatment plan. 0186 (2) Licensor observed the necessary medication training by the parent was not conducted to properly manage a child's food allergy.
