0165 (2)(d)- Plastic bags accessible to children under the bathroom sink and on the shelf outside the kitchen door on the deck. 0165 (3)(d)- Two large fridges in the play area unlocked. 0165 (3)(g)- Pack and plays outside have rusty metal parts and standing water. Fabric starting to develop mold. 0165 (3)(f)- Outlet in the bathroom is GFCI but not temper resistant 0165 (5)(f)- Extension cord in the main licensed space in the ceiling. Hanging lights on the deck plugged into an extension cord.
