Observation

Rubber gloves observed in a bathroom unlocked cabinet assessible to children posing a choking hazard. Chain Link fence have sharp edges exposed on the bottom of the fence which is accessible to children posing a cutting hazard. Children's cubbies and tall cabinet in the dining room area, are not secured to prevent a tipping hazard. Bathroom Water Temperature was at 122 degrees hot not meeting wac requirements.
