On 4/27/23 at your inspection it was noted the runner in the hallway that is licensed is a tripping hazard. Must be secured to the floor. On 4/26/23 at your inspection it was noted the two approximately 4ft floor vases in the living room are falling hazards On 4/26 and 4/27 at your inspection the outlet in the bathroom within 6ft of the sink was inspected and noted as TR but GFCI. Must be GFCI and TR or covered with a blank plate. One 4/26 and 4/27 at your inspection it was noted the outlet in the kitchen closet to the pantry was not tamper resistant (TR)
